What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor: an inspiration as well as a guide. You will know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You are friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You are great at working in a team, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
