Trainee Used Sales Executive

JKC is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive.

Your role

As a Trainee Sales Executive you are key to supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities will be to:

Greeting customers and providing them with specification information about all BMW products.

Offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion.

Keeping up to date with the latest product information.

Promote the technical unique selling points of BMW products and the associated customer benefits.

Planning and managing the customer test drive process with the Sales Executive and offering the product insight during the test drive appointment.

Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.

Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help.

Supporting the Sales Executive with insight and product knowledge for customers, when required

Your profile

Applicants must have the following:

Possess 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Minimum of one year’s experience of working within a customer service role

Passion for automotive technology

Ability to work autonomously

Team orientated personality, always willing to help and support others

Willingness to learn and develop while keeping up-to-date with innovations and complex/technical/product information

Strong organisational skills

Good knowledge of computer applications

• Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes)
