A day in this role

You’ll be the go-to on an assembly line building refrigeration display cases and related sub-assemblies. From your fixed workstation, you’ll set up equipment, run and maintain machinery, and jump in to troubleshoot non-routine issues. As the line advances, you’ll install parts and components with precision, keep materials moving, and pack or sort finished goods. You’ll keep a sharp eye on quality, separating any defects for rework or scrap, and you’ll capture accurate, daily production records used by our operations teams.

How you’ll lead Guide day-to-day line activities with limited supervision, especially in non-routine situations.

Train, delegate, and review the work of team members to maintain pace and quality.

Apply advanced knowledge of assembly procedures, tools, and safe operating practices (Support 4 level). Vocational or technical education may support success in this role.

Tackle difficult, non-routine problems (not overly complex) with sound judgment and timely escalation when needed.

What you bring

Strong hands-on experience setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting assembly-line machinery/equipment.

Skill installing components to in-process products as they progress along the line.

Comfort moving materials, packing, and sorting output while maintaining throughput.

Attention to detail in quality checks and production documentation.

Compensation Pay Range: USD 24.00 - 26.00 Hourly Eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
