Unity Psychiatric Care in Columbia, TN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This full-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on optimizing patient care and staff development across the facility.
The ideal candidate has RN licensure, strong supervisory experience, and a background in geriatric or psychiatric care. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; CPR is required.
