Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators for projects located in or around Columbus, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:- Perform TIG and Stick welding
- Fabricate and weld steel rails, stair systems, and posts
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements
- Working with steel
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components
- Produce high-quality welds with strong attention to detail
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Previous TIG and Stick welding experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
