Responsibilities Develop Tech Strategy:
Chart out and execute a multi-year architectural roadmap in line with business goals and product innovation.

Guide Modernization:
Drive the evolution of enterprise platforms, focusing on cloud-native architectures, APIs, and data technologies.

Influence Technical Direction:
Collaborate with leadership and teams to make key architecture and tech decisions.

Drive AI &

Innovation: Evaluate AI-assisted development and automate technologies to enhance productivity and speed up delivery.

Scale Designs:
Establish architectural strategies prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.

Enhance Engineering:
Identify and address technical debt while improving development practices.

Mentor & Collaborate:
Act as a trusted advisor, mentoring engineers and fostering cross-team alignment.

Balance Vision with Execution:
Translate business needs into technical solutions while managing innovation and operational requirements.

Qualifications8–10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Familiarity with modern architecture, cloud platforms, and data technologies.

Experience leading modernization initiatives.

Ability to align business strategy with technical execution.

Proven influence over technical direction without direct authority.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
