The Role   We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Engineer to be a key member of our new   Assets team  . This is a hands-on builder role in one of the most critical and complex domains in our company: the entire lifecycle of customer funds.
You will work closely with the Senior Engineer and Manager to build and maintain the microservices that manage all crypto and fiat assets. Your work will span the entire stack (Node.js, React, Postgre

SQL) to build highly secure, reliable, and compliant systems.
This is a full-time, onsite role at our new R&D hub in Ticino, Switzerland.
Given the high-security nature of the Assets team, we believe co-location is essential for building a robust, trust-based engineering culture.

What You'll Do    Build and Maintain:
Actively contribute to building and maintaining the "Assets" microservices using Node.js (Nest.js) and Postgre

SQL. This includes:
Blockchain

Infrastructure:
Implementing features for transaction broadcasting, fund consolidation, and wallet management.
Fiat

Infrastructure:
Integrating with banks and payment providers.
Core Asset Functions:
Building and supporting the complete functionality for user deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
Fee Systems:
Implementing and maintaining the foundational functionality for GRX fees.
Full-Stack Development:
Build and maintain user-facing front-end components (in React) for the "Assets page," "Dashboard page," and "Statement reports" for tax purposes.
Legacy Migration:
Support the Senior Engineer in analyzing the existing legacy codebase for asset and wallet management and execute the migration strategy.
Uphold Standards:
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code, following the best practices for security and quality set by the team.
Maintain Legacy Systems:
Help analyze and maintain existing systems, while evaluating their compliance and long-term utility.
Compliance:
Ensure all code and systems adhere to strict compliance (MiCA, "Travel Rule") and security standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Domain Expertise:
Experience in Fin Tech, banking, or cryptocurrency is a major plus and strongly preferred. You must have a demonstrable interest in building systems that move or manage money.
Back-end Expertise:
Strong proficiency in   Type Script   and   Node.js  .
Front-end Proficiency:
Good experience with   React.js   and modern front-end practices.
Database

Skills:

Solid experience with relational databases (  Postgre

SQL  ).
Blockchain Knowledge:
A foundational understanding of blockchain principles, wallets, and transaction life cycles.
Legacy Systems

Experience:

Experience working with and refactoring existing codebases. You are comfortable diving into code you didn't write.
Architectural

Skills:

A good understanding of microservices architecture and secure API design.

Location:

Willingness to work   onsite in Ticino, Switzerland  .
Team Player:
A collaborative attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the team.

Bonus Points    Direct experience running or interacting with blockchain nodes (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).

Experience with fiat payment processor integrations (e.g., Stripe, Braintree, or bank APIs).

Experience with message brokers (  Rabbit

MQ  ) and   Redis  .
