Manufacturing Manager; Aerospace​/Defence

Position: Manufacturing Manager (Aerospace/Defence)
As  Manufacturing Manager  you will be responsible for overseeing all production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves managing manufacturing processes, optimizing resources, and leading a team to achieve operational targets aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing team to foster a high-performance culture.
Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations.
Budget & Reporting:
Manage manufacturing budgets and control operational costs.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.

What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
