Account Manager

Account Managers & Sales Needed in Los Angeles, California National Building Materials Manufacturer Seeking Sales Professionals:

Qualifications:

• 1. Demonstrated sales success in building materials manufacturing or distribution preferred. Other relevant experience definitely considered!
• 2. College degree or equivalent industry experience in sales and customer service
• 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 4. Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
• 6. Technically inclined and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• 1. Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• 2. Rebuild activity with dormant accounts
• 4. Provide quotes, negotiate price and process orders
• 5. Coordinate product shipments with plants
• 6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Education and/or Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service acceptable. Must possess 0-2+ years of inside/outside sales experience. Strong proficiency in MS office. Minimal domestic travel to customer locations.
