Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with an innovative global organisation? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our night shift team in Congleton! If you have a positive attitude and a passion for learning, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Operate a complete production line or sequence in a dynamic control room environment.
Set up and control production programmes while executing necessary checks.
Constantly monitor operations and process results, ready to take action if deviations occur.
Conduct predefined and specialised quality checks to ensure top-notch production.
Collaborate with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance issues.
Provide advice to manufacturing staff to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or warehouse role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided!
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills to foster a positive work environment.
A flexible and adaptable mindset to respond efficiently to changing production needs.
