Production Operative – Regulatory Plus

Location: Congleton, Cheshire

Salary: Starting £12.47 per hour, with increases upon training and progression

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (36 hours a week). Shift pattern:

• Week 1: 6 am – 6 pm, Monday–Wednesday
• Week 2: 6 am – 6 pm, Thursday–Saturday
• Week 3: 6 pm – 6 am, Monday–Wednesday

Support our busy manufacturing facility by ensuring product quality meets and exceeds customer specifications and production targets through continual process improvement. Opportunity to progress into Gravure Printer or Colour Mixer roles.

• Excellent observational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Use own initiative to resolve problems
• Possession of Ppt/flt/bendi licence desirable but not essential
• Work effectively in a team and independently without direct oversight
• Prioritise daily tasks to maintain efficiency and housekeeping standards
• Manage manual handling demands
• Good time‑management and multitasking abilities

• A rotating shift pattern provides 7 rest days every 3 weeks; 5 weeks holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year
