Bankwell is seeking a seasoned Commercial Portfolio & Loan Administrator in New Canaan, CT. The role blends credit portfolio management with senior commercial loan administration to support relationships from closing to maturity.

The incumbent partners with Relationship Management, Credit, Loan Servicing and outside counsel to strengthen credit risk controls and servicing efficiency. Strong experience in CRE, C&I and construction loans is required.
