We are looking for an extremely motivated and resilient individual to join our Housing Solutions Team to help prevent and relieve homelessness in Conwy.

Byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o dîm o Gynorthwywyr Cymorth Tai i fod y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf i bobl sy'n profi digartrefedd neu mewn angen o dŷ. Gallai hyn fod yn bersonol neu dros y ffôn. You will be the frontline professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible service to some of the most vulnerable people in the County.

You will work as part of a team of Housing Support Assistants to be the first point of contract for people experiencing homelessness or in housing need. This could be in person or over the phone.

• Extremely motivated and resilient individual
• Welsh language skills essential
