Job Title – Site Manager – Top Tier Main Contractor

Project –High Rise Residential (RC Frame)

Job Location – London

Salary - £50K - £60K + package

About the Company

Leading Building Contractor working on a £100M+ project in London City. The project is a new build residential development with a minimum of 3 years’ work on it.

This top Main Contractor has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and delivering award winning Projects year on year.

Applicants must have experience taking RC Frame projects out of the ground and through to handover. Ideally will also have experience with PT Structures.

Very Competitive Salary on offer as well as an industry leading package. Full Travel & Accommodation will be provided by the contractor.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or UK.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience working on commercial projects valued over £10M from ground up.
• Ideally managed a high-rise steel frame or Concrete Frame development.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
