Job Title – Fit Out Foremen

Project – High End Hotels

Job Location – GB Travel – Biweekly

Salary – £40K + up to £5K Package, Travel, Accommodation and more

About the Company

Working with a reputable Top 40 Contractor who specialise in delivering high value commercial and developments valued up to £100M across the United Kingdom.

Starting project is a High End Hotel for a reputable Client – 200+ bed in city centre location.

Immediate Start available.

The Role

• Report to Site Manager and project manager.
• Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage and coordinate multiple teams of trades to handover.
• Fitting out the internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force on site.
• Act as a point of contact for trades.
• Facilitate the flow of information from Senior Management.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Fitout Foreman with a main contractor or specialist subcontractor in UK or ROI
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Joinery)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
