INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager – Tier 1 Contractor

Project – New Build Commercial (£80M)

Job Location – United Kingdom – weekly travel

Salary – £55K - £65K + living away allowance

About the Company

Experienced Project Manager required to run a £80M+ commercial project for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have seen outstanding growth and increased turnover in recent years.

Projects range in value up to £300M across NI, ROI and Mainland UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on bigger scale projects in Major UK Cities

The Role

  • Oversee day to day running of site
  • Manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
  • Must be proficient in the use of different construction software and up to date with
  • Background in engineering is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
  • Experience managing a high-rise apartment development or RC Frame new build from start to finish.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
