Salary – £45K - £55K + Industry Leading Packages

About the Company

Industry leading Main Contractor who specialises in unique design and build projects across NI, ROI and GB.

The Façade Manager will be responsible for managing external envelopes on a range of commercial design & build projects.

My client boasts a wide variety of residential, commercial and heritage projects across the UK and are keen to grow their core team due to new contracts being awarded in the London area

The Role

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet client standards
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team and host weekly meetings to update on progress
• Manage the successful installation and delivery of the whole building envelope
• Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process
• Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
• Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors
• Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery
• Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or relevant Trades Qualification
• Strong Facades Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Façade Envelopes valued £1M+
• Experience coordinating multiple teams of site personnel and subcontractors
• Experience with Bricklaying, Rainscreen, Cladding, Curtain walling, Facades and Roofing systems is desirable.
