** Service Delivery Engineer
** on our Service Delivery Team in
** Cookstown, Northern Ireland**.
** What you’ll achieve
** As a Service Delivery Engineer (2), you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
** You will:
*** Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer
* Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
* Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
* Assist with analyzing specific issues with the customer
* Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer
* Provide hardware and software incident support
* Deliver IMACD (install/moves/adds/changes/deinstalls) tasks related to requests
* Perform remote support for other locations
* Work closely with the local customer
* Support other IT-related manufacturing support on-site, as directed by the Dell manager

** Essential Requirements
*** 4 to 6 years of related experience
* Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
* Ability to set priorities and work independently
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Service

NOW or related experience
** Desirable Requirements
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* ITILv4 certified
* A+ certified
