As a Trainee Butcher, you’ll support the preparation of meat products across departments including main butchery, slaughter, primal and middle debone.

Improved pay rate of £12.52 per hour.

• Learn and develop butchery skills through hands‑on training and mentoring.
• Support meat preparation tasks across multiple production areas.
• Follow strict hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
