This position will play an integral role for supporting our growth within the United States, the North American Region, and becoming a leading captive sales finance organization for TICO and in the industry globally. This position will be a part of the Accounting group under the TICF CFO Organization and will make significant impact to the financial performance of the organization by leading, planning, and executing the Accounting function for TICF.

The Accounting Manager manages all day-to-day Accounting functions including and not limited to Accounts Payable, General Ledger, subsystem transactions, month-end close and financial reporting. Additionally, the Accounting Manager manages and leads projects, and technical enhancements for accounting functions that impact both the TICF and RLC brands.

• Accountable for accurate and timely accounting and reporting for TICF.
• Ensure all account reconciliations are completed within established guidelines.
• Ensure journal entries are reviewed in accordance with TICF guidelines.
• Ensure all account analysis is performed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all accounting related policies are up to date.
• Responsible for review of financial results with TICF and TICO/TINA Leadership Teams.
• Update and ensure compliance with applicable JSOX (internal) controls.
• Evaluate the accuracy and reasonableness of financial information.
