The Director, Value Realization will lead the year long realization of value from the enterprise program. Reporting to the Vice President, Value Realization Office, this role is accountable for establishing the governance, financial discipline, tracking, and reporting needed to ensure transformation commitments are properly baselined, owned, forecasted, and delivered.
Qualifications Required- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a complex, global organization.
- Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
