As a Concierge you are the “face” of high‑end residential properties. You greet residents and visitors with a warm smile and provide a high standard of customer service. Successful candidates bring strong customer‑service experience, a passion for excellence, and an innate ability to problem‑solve and diffuse difficult situations.

• Saturday and Sunday – 11 pm to 7 am

• Previous experience with strata buildings (asset)
• At least one year of direct, in‑person customer service experience (required)
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language

• Patrol property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
• Receive, store, and handle standard packages from couriers and carriers
• Work in various environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)
