Your role ’re seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in either our Abbotsford or Coquitlam offices, just east of Vancouver. In this role, you’ll lead complex geotechnical investigations, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver technically sound, innovative solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects across sectors such as infrastructure, industrial facilities, land development, and geohazard assessment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering from a recognized institution;
Master’s degree is an asset. - Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
- Minimum 8-10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, ideally in a Canadian consulting environment.
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in geotechnical design and analysis software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a safety-sensitive position involving fieldwork. Candidates must be able to perform field tasks safely and efficiently, including working outdoors in various weather conditions and remote locations. Occasional short-term travel may be required. A valid BC driver’s license (or equivalent) is required.
