Job Duties:

· Direct and control daily operations of the salon

· Plan and control operational budget and inventory

· Evaluate staff performance and daily operations

· Establish or implement company policies and work procedures

· Handle negotiation and management of contracts for advertising or marketing

· Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

· Recruit and train new staff

2~3 years of experience in the service being offered is required

Completion of secondary school is required
