Permanent Full-Time (40 hours). Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible);
Hybrid.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements using best practice techniques.
- Design and document workflows, specifications, and system capabilities to support technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system modifications or new procedures.
- Support testing activities by writing and executing test scripts, defining acceptance criteria, and validating outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a field with a technology focus.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a client-facing Business Analyst role.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning processes and tools.
- Hands‑on involvement in project implementations involving multiple system integrations.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics) and their role in supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with data flows between planning systems, ERPs, and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS and on‑premise).
