We’re looking for a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
DescriptionResponsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.
Responsibilities- Deliver products, service and maintain equipment at customer locations;
- Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
- Travel to and from customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix equipment;
- Install & remove machines at customer locations;
- Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.
Total RewardsCAD $45,700.00 - $59,488.00 annually.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma preferred;
- 1 year in similar role;
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;
- Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.
COMPETENCIES
- Basic computer skills;
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills;
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
