• Lead the development and definition of hardware solutions for fleet safety, focusing on customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish product goals, success criteria, and lifecycle impacts
• Engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities, translating findings into a robust product portfolio
• Drive product execution and strategy through data‑driven analysis and communication with stakeholders
• Maintain regular updates with executive leadership on product development and market performance

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical and/or business discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with embedded products
• Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle from vision to execution
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decisions and actions

• Development experience in cloud software, embedded systems, and hardware applications
• Direct experience in Engineering, UX/UI, Enterprise IT, Quality, Sales, or Customer Support
