The OpportunityWe’re hiring an Evening Shift Lead to oversee regulated cannabis manufacturing operations during our evening production window. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll guide a dedicated crew, maintain compliance with Health Canada regulations, support smooth workflow execution, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the shift.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in later hours, enjoys leading others, and excels in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for vape cartridge filling, bottled oil production, softgel bottling, labeling, packaging, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Lead evening operations with consistency and accountability, ensuring quality, safety, and compliant production.
Maintain clear communication across shifts and support a respectful, team‑centered environment.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen evening shift operations.
Primary Accountabilities- Lead all evening shift activities including filling, bottling, labeling, and secondary packaging
- Execute and approve manufacturing events in alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain Lot Files, evening production trackers, shift whiteboards, and all associated documentation
- Monitor evening KPIs and ensure production goals are met
- Serve as the primary on‑site leader for the evening production team
- Train and coach team members, including supporting new hire onboarding
- Provide real‑time feedback and relay performance observations to leadership
- Assign tasks and manage workflow to optimize evening productivity
- Complete daily shift reports capturing evening updates, progress, and issues
- Ensure evening operations meet Health Canada, GPP/GMP, and internal SOP expectations
- Conduct quality checks and document results accurately
- Track cannabis inventory movements during the evening shift
- Maintain a clean and safe environment; support hazard identification and reporting
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (cannabis experience an asset)
- Experience leading or training others on the floor
- WHMIS certification required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Digital fluency with Microsoft Office and production tracking tools
- Able to stand for prolonged periods, lift items, and perform repetitive movements
- Availability for evening shifts (mandatory)

This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Coquitlam facility. The evening shift involves prolonged standing, repetitive tasks, lifting, and working in areas with noise, odors, and temperature variation. PPE must be worn at all times in production areas.
Evening shift start/end times will be discussed during the interview process.
