The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Masker / Technician to join a busy and professional bodyshop team. In this role, you will support the paint process by preparing vehicles to a high standard, working alongside an experienced team to ensure vehicles are finished in line with customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

Masking and outlining vehicle panels in preparation for paint spraying

Working on a range of vehicles, from small passenger cars to light commercial vehicles

Supporting other areas of the bodyshop when required

Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency

Assisting with the training and support of new team members when required

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Masker

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to support junior technicians and share knowledge when required

A passion for the motor industry with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Excellent attention to detail
