Engineering Manager

Days
£70,000 + £6,400 Car Allowance
A leading food manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and that production runs efficiently. Food industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the engineering team across maintenance and production support
Oversee planned maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance activities
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant efficiency
Manage budgets and engineering projects
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Requirements
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in manufacturing, preferably in the food sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of maintenance systems
