Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Pension + Overtime

Shift Pattern: 6am - 3pm OR 9am - 6pm

Key Skills

* Apprentice Trained Engineer in mechanical Engineering

* Understanding of PPM systems

* Fault Finding Skills

The Role

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes and valves.

* Diagnosing faults - Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical and process related issues to ensure optimal plant performance

* Oversee plant commissioning and development providing technical support and guidance

* Repairing plant and equipment

* Introduce and implement new technologies and treatments to enhance operations

* Create maintenance procedures

* Manage stocks and supplies

* Prepare weekly reports

* Ensure Compliance with all health and safety legislation

* Obtain specialist components and equipment as required

* Respond to breakdowns where required
