Senior Support Worker – Redmond House

Location:

Corby. Salary: £13.34 up to £14.84 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply). UK driving licence required. Typical shifts:
Mon–Sun 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm.

As a Senior Support Worker you will:

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives
• Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
• Allocate shifts and book training
• Induct new colleagues
• Support with supervision
• Order medication
• Ensure people are supported to manage their finances

We require:

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
