Baker
Commercial, B2B confectionary & pastry manufacturer
Corby
£30k - £32k
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Amazing artisan, award winning commercial bakery are looking for a number of professional experienced Balers to strengthen their production team due to recent successful & contractual wins.
As a foodie, the successful Bakers will have real passion and experience working in a high-care confectionary manufacturing environment, ideally, working with dough, dough mixing and dough lamination
The duties of the successful Baker will include;
* Producing the baker’s full array of pastries, cakes and savoury snacks
* Creating dough & monitoring development to the companies’ high standards, dough mixing, dough lamination & dough proving
* Working in a high-care environment, adhering to all con policies on SOP & hygiene
* Wear the necessary PPE
* Manage stock levels and report on defects, issues with delivery
* Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
