Located near Corby, our client is recruiting for a Full or Part time creative and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager with proven success of developing, leading and monitoring strategic marketing throughout all areas of sales & marketing.
We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on online marketing as well and also enjoys customer service and sales.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing company.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will have proven experience in online marketing, writing blogs, coordinating marketing campaigns, social media and enthusiasm with proactive customer sales.
Salary level is set between £30,000 - £32,000 full time according to distance to the office and level of skills and experience.
Key responsibilities
 
* Working with the team to develop sales messages for our landing pages to increase traffic and sales.
 
* Writing sales campaign briefs, press releases and articles for different media.
 
* Relationship building including linking with bloggers, influencers, VIPs etc. online to increase digital presence and website traffic.
 
* Leading and implementing the company social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, tic toc, etc.) and working with employees to increase sales and awareness through this route.
 
* Strategic planning and coordination, including tracking agreed KPI’s in all areas of sales and marketing.
 
* Monitoring current trends and competition and analysing next development stages for the company.
 
* Working with and managing external marketing agencies and programmers.
