Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity with busy Restaurant

Chef de Partie. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Moreton in Marsh area for a Chef to work in their busy fresh food shop and restaurant. You will assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for breakfast and lunch using all fresh seasonal ingredients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis.

The hours are 7am - 4pm, so 45 hours a week.

Due to location you will need transport. Live-in can be provided off site but you will need to get to the venue each day.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing meals for restaurant and retail
• Mature focus and outlook

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef wanting a new challenge
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
