Business Development Manager – Packaging

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing packaging business based in Northamptonshire
. This role is 100% focused on sales and growth
, with full responsibility for winning new business, developing existing customers, and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

The Role

Generating new business opportunities within the packaging market
Growing and maximising revenue from existing accounts
Building and managing a robust sales pipeline
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Consistently delivering sales growth and revenue targets

About You

Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
