The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative working Monday – Friday to join our warehouse operations. If you have the skills and experience to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be perfect for you.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Perform general warehouse duties including pick and pack operations.
  • Use WMS scanners to replenish pallets for order picking and handle bulk pallets as needed.
  • Control and place inbound pallets into correct racking spaces with precision and care.
  • Conduct pre‑shift equipment checks by following pre‑op check sheets.
  • Label cartons accurately and ensure all merchandise is handled with care.
  • Unload containers and assist with physical tasks, requiring strength, fitness, and dexterity.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment while working.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
About You

Previous experience using a reach truck and working in a warehouse environment, along with an understanding of WMS hand scanners, is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to apply smart working practices to minimise redundant tasks, as well as safely stack and package goods using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets. Staying up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures is crucial.
