Warehouse Operative

We’re excited to be looking for a Warehouse Operative in our new Corby branch. If you enjoy being hands‑on, staying active, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly by helping with the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. It’s a physically active job, so we’re looking for someone with good stamina who also takes safety seriously.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

• Handling goods safely using proper lifting techniques
• Receiving, storing, and moving stock around the warehouse
• Accurately picking and packing items for customer orders
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well‑organised
• Helping with regular stock checks and reporting any issues
• Working with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and being on your feet throughout the shift
• A good understanding of safe working practices
• Great attention to detail, especially when picking and packing orders
• A team player with good communication skills
