As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to a broad range of clients. The work may include:

• Handling disputes across property, commercial, civil, and contract law.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Conducting advocacy where appropriate and instructing counsel when required.
• Negotiating settlements and advising clients on cost-effective dispute resolution.
• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers.
• Playing an active part in business development and contributing to the growth of the litigation team.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation (all levels of PQE considered).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client care.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy caseload independently.
