Dream Medical is a Primary care specialist company focusing on finding lucrative locum and permanent opportunities for qualified Nurses, AHPs, HCAs and GPS. We provide nursing cover in the Cornwall area to large organisations such as law firms and factories to administer the flu vaccination in the latter part of the year.

This is a flexible locum opportunity that you can fit around your existing schedule, joining an established company to administer the flu vaccination on an ad hoc basis. The role runs from the end of September to around mid-December with nationwide vaccination activity across the UK. We stock approximately 25,000 vaccines and work with around 400 clients nationwide.

Nurses are to administer up to 16 flu vaccines per hour. We offer a minimum of 3 hour clinics and travel allowance of 25p per mile if you are asked to travel between sites. This locum role offers a lucrative rate and one-to-one consultancy. We can offer numerous sessions to create the desired session length, whether you are looking for part- or full-time work.

All vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and documents will be on site in a temperature-regulated box for the nurse upon arrival.

Requirements

• NMC registration and pin
• Occupational Health Nursing/Practice nursing experience
• Immunisations clinical update
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
