We are excited to be recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a much-loved restaurant with rooms on the beautiful Cornish coast.

Perched in a charming seaside village, this property is all about relaxed coastal living — think stunning sea views, freshly caught fish, and the warmest of welcomes.

You will have experience in a management role within a quality restaurant or hotel, and be a natural host who thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Lead a passionate, friendly front of house team who love what they do.
• Deliver a warm, personable guest experience that feels effortless yet polished.
• Oversee the smooth running of service from morning through to evening.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to showcase the best of Cornwall on the plate and in the experience.
• Support, train and motivate your team, helping them to grow within a supportive and caring company.
