Sales and Marketing Executive

Part‑time | Hybrid | 20–25 hours per week (flexible hours)

We’re Sphere 6, and we help businesses win more contracts by managing their bids, strategy and delivery better. We’ve already helped clients secure £35.4 million in new contracts — and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help keep our growth engine humming. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll be close to the action, supporting outreach, content and client communication.

• Research new leads and support outreach via Linked In, email and Hub Spot (our CRM)
• Keep our sales pipeline organised: update records, track progress, chase follow‑ups
• Write short, engaging Linked In posts aligned with our tone of voice and content pillars
• Schedule and post content across Linked In and other platforms
• Prep and format marketing materials and proposals (PowerPoint, Word, Canva)
• Track campaign results and help us test what’s working

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience juggling multiple priorities and managing data or content
• CRM confidence (especially Hub Spot — or quick to learn)
• Solid organisation and attention to detail
• Sharp writing skills and a knack for making content stand out
• You’re not a designer, but you can make things look good in Canva
• You’ve worked in B2B, consulting or the public sector
• You’ve used ChatGPT or other AI tools for research or content and enjoyed it

• 20–25 hours per week (daily check‑in 9:45–10:00 am, flexible otherwise)
• Remote/hybrid working — ideal for fitting around other commitments
