Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for our team in Corona, California. This position is ideal for someone who brings strong hands-on accounting experience, takes pride in accuracy, and can manage sensitive records with a high level of professionalism.

The right candidate will be comfortable overseeing core bookkeeping activities, maintaining organized financial data, and using Quick Books Enterprise to keep reporting and records current.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records by processing daily bookkeeping transactions and keeping accounts up to date.

- Manage outgoing and incoming payments, including vendor invoices, customer billing, and follow-up on outstanding balances.

- Prepare and complete bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial data is balanced and accurate.

- Process payroll using manual timesheets and supporting documentation while verifying calculations and maintaining proper records.

- Review financial entries for completeness and consistency, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Organize bookkeeping files and supporting documents so they are easy to access for reporting and audit purposes.

- Use Quick Books Enterprise Desktop to record transactions, update ledgers, and produce routine financial information.

- Handle confidential accounting and payroll information with discretion and maintain a high standard of data security. Requirements - At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a detail-focused accounting support role.

- Solid working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

- Proficiency with Quick Books Enterprise Desktop in a business bookkeeping environment.

- Ability to work accurately with manual timesheets and detailed payroll records.

- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.

- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and sound judgment when managing sensitive financial information.
