We are seeking a strong Scrum Master to support our DoD customer for an emerging Dev Sec Ops  program. This is an exciting new initiative leveraging industry best practices and open-source software such as Kubernetes and containers, as well as commercial solutions. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.

• Managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
• Manage each project's scope and timeline.
• Coordinates sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Coaches team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Is the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
• Works with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolves conflicts and removes obstacles that occur.
• Helps teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guides development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Helps build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

• Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations
• Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
• Helping the development team to create high-value products
• Ensuring the development team is working effectively, by conducting regular reviews
• Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
• Helping the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
• Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
