Business Development Representative

Outfitter AI is a small team building AI for the trades. Most contractors miss calls while they're on a job, and every missed call is a job that goes to someone else. Outfitter gives them an AI agent that picks up, answers questions, quotes, books the visit and follows up, plus the website and ads that keep the phone ringing.

We grow through partners, not just subscribers. As a Business Development Representative in Texas, you'll find and sign the established contractors who take us into new markets, and carry each deal from first contact to a signed partner and a launched market.

• Outfitter growth partners: established regional contractors, such as a multi-state roofing company, who use Outfitter's AI agents and ad engine to open new markets.
• Build Flow Basements partners: established remodelers who build Build Flow basements in their market. Build Flow brings the brand, the leads and the sales system; the partner brings the crews.

• Pick target markets and the owners worth talking to
• Work AI-researched lists and drafted outreach on Linked In and email; you make it personal and get the meeting
• Run owner meetings and the partner presentation alongside our founder
• Carry each deal through terms, signing and launch
• Bring back what you hear in the market

• You have 5+ years of B2B sales to business owners
• Construction, home services, building products or franchise development is a big plus
• You've closed deals that took months, not minutes
• You're at ease on Linked In and on video calls with owners

$150K–$400K+ a year earning potential, from commission plus a revenue share on the partners you sign. This is a remote, full-time, commission-based independent contractor (1099) role. Earnings depend on what you sign and launch; the range is potential, not a guarantee.
