Ebeni offers more than 10 years of experience around Software Engineering and expertise in every phase of the development and assurance of safety critical software, including Rail, Defence, and Aerospace. The software team supports projects from strategy definition to validation, approval, and certification.

• Deliver strategic software consultancy services.
• Software architecture / design and verification / validation to relevant industry standards.
• Software process design and improvement.
• Development and implementation of software utilised within industrial products.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the software services team.
• Lead new skills and service development in new areas such as AI within safety critical software systems.

Applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.

• Graduate in relevant engineering discipline or other numerate subject, equivalent experience considered.
• Strong proficiency in multiple software languages.
• Experience developing and auditing software processes.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
• Demonstrable knowledge of safety critical software standards (DO‑178C, IEC 61508, EN 50126, EN 50128).
• Significant experience at a mid‑senior level.
• Good knowledge of configuration management and control practices.
• Willingness to travel.
