Summary
The Sewer/Presser provides quality sewing and pressing services to customers. The role completes alteration work according to store standards while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Complete sewing and pressing tasks according to service standards.
- Manage workload, follow through on customer needs, and complete items on time.
- Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize alteration requests.
- Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team.
- Previous sewing and pressing experience; 2-3 years preferred.
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
