Semi-Senior Accountant
Coventry
£30,000 – £40,000 DOE

An established accountancy firm is seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant to join its team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting and compliance work and is suitable for a part-qualified professional with experience in practice.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of year-end and management accounts
- Support the completion of personal and corporate tax returns
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Liaise with clients and respond to routine queries
- Ensure work is completed accurately and to deadline
- Support and review work completed by junior team members
- Maintain compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
- Part-qualified ACA or ACCA
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
