Private Client Assistant

To support our growing Private Client department, assisting fee earners with a wide range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

• Supporting fee earners with all aspects of Private Client administration
• Assisting with the preparation and management of probate and estate files
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and compassionate manner
• Preparing and organising documentation, correspondence and file notes
• Learning to draft Wills and LPAs with ongoing training and supervision
• General administrative duties such as file management, diary organisation and maintaining accurate records

• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Able to manage workload efficiently and work to deadlines
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in Private Client work or legal administration is essential
