Executive Assistant

Location: Ansty Park, Coventry

Employment type: Permanent

Hours: 36 per week

Salary: £45,000 per annum

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team. This dynamic role involves diary management, travel coordination, meeting support, and wider administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, room bookings, and catering.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Attend meetings, take formal minutes, and distribute papers.

    Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with other PAs and support wider team activities.

About You Essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative experience, including formal minute-taking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • High integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
Desirable
  • Relevant qualifications such as CAP, Executive Assistant Certification, MOS, or PRINCE
